Guest booking Policies

The Sea Meadow Inn is open for both individual room rentals and group bookings.

For full house rentals, the house is fully cleaned and sanitized in between groups, and nobody will enter the house during your stay.  You will be able to enjoy the entire house, including the fully-stocked kitchen, relaxing grounds with outdoor shower, gas grill, tree swing, hammock and more with your friends and family.

The Sea Meadow Inn is

• non-smoking property with limited handicapped accessibility

• open year-round

• suitable for older children

• not suitable for pets

Maximum occupancy is 15 persons, (2 in each room except for Hattie Mae which allows for three persons). Quiet hours 10pm - 8am out of respect for our neighbors.

Check-in: after 3:00 P.M.
Check-out: 10:00 A.M.

The hotel is available for small events and weddings upon request.
