Common Areas 

In addition to the comfortable private bedrooms, the Sea Meadow Inn features an abundance of common areas to enjoy, rest and relax. 

The SUnroom

The luminous sunroom at the back of the house includes a spacious dining area, a coffee and tea station, and a sitting area as well as the brick fireplace and bread oven that are original to the house. French doors open onto the porch and backyard, while a divided ‘dutch door’ leads into the kitchen which was added to the original house in the early 1800’s.

THE BACKYARD

Enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast listening to the birds and watching butterflies from the porch, and end the day with a hot outdoor shower to remove beach sand before relaxing by the fire pit. With almost 3 acres of land, there is plenty of space in the tranquil gardens to take a nap on the hammock, soak up the sun on a lounge chair, enjoy traditional lawn games such as croquet, bocci or corn hole, or tap into your inner child on the tree swing.

THe Game Room

On the 2nd-floor you’ll find a cozy game room with a wide array of board games, large family-sized couch, a ‘secret reading nook’, and a table and chairs for evening card games or rainy days.

The SItting Room

Just inside the front door, the sitting room welcomes you to an intimate conversation or to curl up with a good book by the fireplace in one of the sumptuous blue armchairs.

The Kitchen

For hotel guests, it is the source of gourmet breakfasts cooked with love to ensure you have the energy for all your Cape Cod adventures. If you’re renting out the entire Inn, you’ll find everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals for your family and friends in your home-away-from-home, a griddle for making the perfect grilled cheese or Sunday pancakes, a stand mixer, and even a waffle maker!
