Here’s how it works: On the morning of your departure at breakfast, ask for a “Flex-stay Checkout”.  If your room at our Cape Cod historic inn has not been reserved by another guest that day, you can checkout later – at 1p.m., 3p.m., or even the next day!  There’s no limit* on how many hours or days you can overstay.

*The fine print… this offer is valid only for the room you are occupying and depends on availability.  A minimum two-night stay is required on your original reservation.  This offer may not be combined with any other discount or offer.  If your original reservation included a discount, you will be required to pay the regular rate for your original reservation if you choose to flex-stay an additional night(s).

Flex-Stay is available between May 1, 2013 and September 30, 2013.

It will be our pleasure to procure a special gift for your loved one to surprise him or her on your arrival.

We have some marvelous specialty shops here in the Brewster area that can provide decadent chocolates, fine wine, special liquors, delicious baked goods, fresh fruit, and even special made-to-order cakes.

We’d also be happy to suggest a fine restaurant and make your reservations for you.  In fact, we’d be happy to arrange for reservations or tickets for any Cape Cod activities.
